Gorgeous Gold Lace Evening Gown by Jean Patou, designed under the tutelage of Karl Lagerfeld who took over design for the fashion house in 1958. The Drop Waist styling of this dress was his homage to the early days of the fashion house and Jean Patou’s revolutionary efforts to “free the female form”. No size label present however dress fits like a US 6-8. Shoulder to shoulder laying flat measurement is 16”. Drop waist which falls just above hips is 20” laying flat. From back neck to floor is 59”. Ecru under slip included. No label present on slip. Impeccable, clean condition. No stains, rips or tears
